Trademark Café is owned and managed by Alan McBray.

Alan was formerly Head of Trade Mark Examination in the UK Patent Office until leaving in 1992 to take up a position as Head of Trade Marks with a large international law firm in Bermuda.
|
On his return to the UK in 1996 he worked with a major firm of trade mark attorneys in London.
His experience encompasses all aspects of trade marks, designs etc both from within government and in private practice.
